We are looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at Bampton, Devon. This is for 2 nights a week - 20 hour contract
Experience is not essential as we will provide you with support and training to become a confident Support Worker. Hft is a charity that supports adults with learning disabilities. Our service at Bampton, Devon is a fast-paced environment and fun place to work, where every day is different. As a respite service, we support people with a wide variety needs. You will support people during the night with personal care, administration tasks and maintaining a safe environment.

What will you be doing?
* Assisting with medication administration
* Monitoring people we support, due to medical needs, such as epilepsy
* Providing support and reassurance during the night to someone, who may be struggling to sleep
* Support with personal care
* Completing administration tasks such as logs or updating plans
* General household tasks such as, laundry, cleaning, organising
This is your opportunity to make a real difference to people's lives. A full UK driving licence is desirable for this role as public transport is very restricted due to service being located in rural area. 20-hour contract available. You will need to have flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
