As a Recruitment Onboarding Team Lead, you will play a vital role in delivering on this mission by ensuring the seamless onboarding of candidates, maintaining high standards of compliance, and driving the success of our recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the onboarding team to ensure exceptional performance and delivery against time-to-hire targets.
- Oversee compliance with CQC Regulation 19 ‘Fit and Proper Persons’ requirements and ensure all pre-employment checks are fully completed.
- Act as a key liaison between recruitment, HR, and hiring managers to streamline onboarding processes.
- Champion a customer-focused approach, ensuring a smooth and supportive candidate journey.
- Track onboarding progress and provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment, compliance, or HR operations with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- A detail-oriented leader who can inspire and drive a team towards meeting ambitious goals.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while ensuring the highest compliance standards.
- Proficient in IT and experienced with recruitment systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
