Working hours:  Full time, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

Location: Home based, with travel as per role requirements 

We are looking for an Recruitment Onboarding Team Leader to join our friendly and welcoming team here at Hft.  This is your chance to make a real difference to people's lives.

As a Recruitment Onboarding Team Lead, you will play a vital role in delivering on this mission by ensuring the seamless onboarding of candidates, maintaining high standards of compliance, and driving the success of our recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the onboarding team to ensure exceptional performance and delivery against time-to-hire targets.
  • Oversee compliance with CQC Regulation 19 ‘Fit and Proper Persons’ requirements and ensure all pre-employment checks are fully completed.
  • Act as a key liaison between recruitment, HR, and hiring managers to streamline onboarding processes.
  • Champion a customer-focused approach, ensuring a smooth and supportive candidate journey.
  • Track onboarding progress and provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders.

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, compliance, or HR operations with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • A detail-oriented leader who can inspire and drive a team towards meeting ambitious goals.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while ensuring the highest compliance standards.
  • Proficient in IT and experienced with recruitment systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
