Are you a dynamic recruiter with strong direct sourcing skills? We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our team for a 12-month FTC. You’ll be a key player in driving talent acquisition across our Head Office and operational teams. This role focuses on building and maintaining pipelines for critical corporate, operational, and specialist roles.

About the role 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in recruitment, to step into a key role. You’ll work closely with stakeholders within our head office support functions, translating their specific needs into actionable recruitment strategies, while being a brand ambassador, showcasing our organisation and its mission to potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Lead the recruitment process from role briefing through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Build robust talent pipelines for key corporate roles and project-based hires.
  • Use direct sourcing, headhunting, and networking to attract top candidates for SME, operational management, and senior positions.
  • Enhance our employer brand through strategic recruitment marketing across platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.

About You: 

  • Proven experience as a corporate recruiter, with strong direct sourcing and headhunting skills.
  • Experience recruiting for both head office and operational roles.
  • Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to partner with stakeholders at all levels.
