#Care to join us?

Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in social care? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your expertise in recruitment can directly influence business growth? We are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to lead our efforts in attracting and hiring exceptional talent across the healthcare sector.

Hft is one of the largest charities in England and Wales supporting learning disabled adults to live their life their way. We’re passionate about what we do and we use our unique understanding of the challenges facing the people we support to amplify their voices to bring about positive change. Hft was founded more than 60 years ago by a group of pioneering families who wanted a better life for their learning disabled children. We have a clear vision, we’re ambitious and fully committed to positive change for those we support and the social care sector. We’ve embarked on a journey of transformation that will ensure we can meet changing needs and extend our reach and impact.

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in recruitment, especially within the social or healthcare sectors, to step into a key role. You’ll work closely with regional stakeholders, translating their specific needs into actionable recruitment strategies, while being a brand ambassador, showcasing our organisation and its mission to potential candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with regional stakeholders to understand their site-specific workforce needs and design tailored recruitment plans.
  • Brand Champion: Actively promote our organisation at career events and through various platforms, enhancing our presence in the healthcare market.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process that aligns with our values and compliance standards.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Use your creativity to identify new ways of attracting top talent through social media, advertising, and networking.
  • Travel & Flexibility: While this is a remote role, you’ll occasionally travel within your region to stay connected with stakeholders and candidates across Merseyside to Devon.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in recruitment, ideally within social care or healthcare sectors.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable recruitment strategies.
  • A proactive, creative approach to finding and attracting top talent.
  • Strong organisational skills with a focus on delivering results and improving processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to act as a brand ambassador and advocate for our mission.
