About Us: Love2MeetU, part of Hft, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and autism. We're seeking a passionate and dynamic National Virtual Coordinator to join our team

Contract:  Fixed term until March 2025

Your Role Snapshot: 

  • Coordinate Virtual Events: Use Microsoft Teams and Zoom to organise engaging online activities.
  • Promote Our Service: Effectively utilise social media to increase our reach and impact.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee financial aspects in collaboration with the management team.
  • Organise Events: Plan and execute national and regional events, both small and large scale.
  • Deliver Training: Create and present informative PowerPoint presentations and training sessions.

Experience & Skills: 

  • Working with Learning Disabilities/Autism: Direct experience in this field is essential.
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and social media.
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Independent & Team Working: Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
