We are looking for a proactive IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for IT support, ensuring our organisation and the people we support have the technical assistance they need. From resolving incidents to managing system accounts and maintaining IT assets, your role is crucial in delivering a high-quality IT service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for IT support queries via phone and email.
  • Diagnose and resolve IT issues while ensuring all incidents are logged in the service desk system.
  • Escalate urgent incidents and keep users informed of progress.
  • Create and manage Active Directory and system accounts.
  • Support IT asset management, including procurement and record-keeping.
  • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot mobile devices, laptops, desktops, and network hardware.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly and customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • A clean driving licence (occasional travel required).

 

Desirable Experience & Skills:

  • 1 year of experience in an IT Service Desk or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPNs, and broadband technologies.
  • Experience with IT asset management tools and ITSM systems (e.g. Vivantio).
  • Exposure to PRINCE2 project environments and mobile device management.
