What you’ll do:

*         Oversee compliance with CQC and other regulatory frameworks

*         Provide expert advice on legal and regulatory requirements

*         Lead on complaints management and assurance of contractual obligations

*         Support Registered Managers to achieve and maintain compliance

*         Deliver compliance training and guidance across the organisation

*         Prepare key reports and performance indicators for senior leaders

 

What we’re looking for:

*         In-depth knowledge of CQC, CIW frameworks, and regulatory processes

*         Experience in risk management and regulatory compliance

*         Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail

*         Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

*         IT proficiency (Microsoft Office) and experience in report writing

*         A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle

 

Desirable Skills:

*         Complaints Handling or Customer Service qualification

*         Leadership or Safeguarding qualification (Level 3 or above)

*         Previous management/leadership experience in social care
